Something very unusual and worrying is going on. The Black shield I was casting suddenly collapsed, and I haven't been able to recreate it. Even my Red Jewels are useless.

On second thought, 'worrying' is an understatement. At least I'm not the only one strange things seem to be happening to.

Whatever I though lay beyond these walls, I didn't expect it to look so much like Hell. No living Realm deserves that.

What a clever idea for a holiday. Shall we do something to celebrate it, love?

What an interesting request. Still, whatever he may have done the Warden does seem to have a good deal of common sense. If he wants us to move, I'll take his word for it. It's not as thought its particularly difficult, after all.

I recommend everyone get indoors to someplace safe as soon as possible. I will attempt to shield as many of the buildings as I can but even my strength has limits. Indoors seems to me to be the safest place, away from windows where stray bolts of lightning can strike.

As for my family, are you all alright?

A new year already? My how time flies. It's funny how long I went without really bothering to keep track of time as it passed and how recently I have started paying attention to it once more. Well in any case, happy new year to you all.

Thank you everyone for the lovely gifts, and a happy Windsor to you all. Or Christmas, for those of you who celebrate that.

For all those who have suffered a loss, I am so deeply sorry. Its a cruel world where those we care about can be ripped from us with no warning and I'm afraid life can be very unkind in what it takes from us. In the end I believe we must simply make the best of what time we have with people, although I'm afraid that approach never seems to do anything to ease the pain of their loss or make such things make any sense. It's a burden we carry all our lives and to see so many have to shoulder it at once is truly heart-wrenching. Mother Night, I'm hardly one to lecture on how to deal with grief though, am I?

I know the Lady Midna was among those who vanished, and I hope she has been returned to her home and her people. After awhile, in this place of uncertainty, you simply have to tell yourself that those who vanish have gone back to their homes. Anything else is unbearable.

It seems to have finally decided to turn cold. We do get snow early here, don't we? Although I suppose it will be Windsor before you know it.

Andulvar and Surreal have vanished. Every time someone from my world disappears I'm torn between grief at their loss and relief that they've been returned home.

Takion, I don't believe saying I'm sorry will quite cover how I feel or be sufficient enough to make up for the things I said and did, but it's a start. If possible, I'd like to make it up to you tomorrow night.

Tersa has vanished and, much as I miss her, I'm glad. This place was not good for her, not the sort of location where she could be taken care of like she needs to be. I just hope you've sent her home.

I'm glad an effort is being made to set up a governing council here. Even with the Warden in control it just seems better to me to have a group established to help organize this place. Too often things seem to get out of hand. Perhaps this will help.

I cannot believe I may end up encouraging wall breaking. How ironic.

It never ceases to amaze me how easily some people seem to let their magic run away from them. It makes me wonder just how lightly Craft is viewed in other worlds. No disrespect to them, of course, but everything has a price and it strikes me as important to keep that in mind.

Lovely as it was to have some children around, I'm glad that's over with. The apartment's a mess.
